HR Generalist - Benefits & Compensation
This position is responsible for assisting in the management of compensation and employee benefits programs. The incumbent will develop analytical reporting models and be involved in updating and monitoring benefits reporting practices to governmental agencies under ERISA; to include but not limited to, maintaining guidelines, administration and communication. This position requires an individual with a strong analytical background. They will participate in compensation and benefits surveys, maintain and update job codes, performance reviews, job descriptions and pay grade alignment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, have the ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with customers at all levels of the organization.
