Media/Public Relations Assistant job at Kansas Legislature in Kansas City, KS

Kansas State Senator Chris Steineger seeks media, marketing/PR, scheduling assistant. Days, hours, & work location are negotiable. Position shall be on a consulting basis not employment basis. Contract amount is negotiable beginning at $2,500/month; no benefits are provided. Start date is immediate. Senator Steineger is a twelve year veteran of the Legislature and a former Congressional staffer. He travels extensively having visited 44 foreign countries and participated in several study abroad and Fellowship opportunities. His issue areas of interest include early childhood education, health care systems, fiscal sustainability, and foreign affairs.
