Proposal Development ManagerManTech International - Chantilly, VAAs a Proposal Development Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of competitive federal government proposals, including inputs on strategy development, technical solutions, and cost strategy. Duties consist of a broad range of proposal development activities, including but not limited to, leading large proposal technical teams in a time-sensitive environment; conducting pre-and post-RFP activities, ensuring RFP compliance, and conducting strategy and proposal review processes; serving as proposal manager on major proposals; assisting or serving as corporate capture managers in determining bid strategies, teaming requirements, proposal strategies, and cost factors; and assisting in the proposal final production process as required.
