Prospect Park Alliance - Brooklyn, NYProspect Park Alliance currently seeks a Systems Administrator to support our backend environment. This position reports to the Director of IT and is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and upgrades of our servers, VPN routers, firewalls, gateways, and managed switches. This position works with the Network Administrator to ensure that help desk calls are answered in a timely fashion, that all server side applications are running smoothly, and that a high level of customer service is maintained. The Systems Administrator also handles other day-to-day IT tasks and job related duties as assigned.
