QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Requires Certification in Nurse-Midwifery by the American College of Nurse-Midwives . Requires current Indiana RN licensure . Requires current Indiana Nurse- Midwife/Certified Nurse-Midwife license , Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires staff privileges at Clarian for inpatient care , Prescriptive authority in accordance with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
