Human Resource Management and Operations
Interview, select, and evaluate staff members
Supervise, inspire, guide, and motivate staff
Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and in-house training for team
Support staff initiative
Financial Management
Work with Board Members to oversee a million dollar operating budget to establish an annual budget and determine departmental allocations
Analyze and monitor an annual budget to meet budget projections
Direct the preparation of regular financial reports
Make financial presentations to related community organizations and donors
Work with Board of Directors to identify fundraising needs and potential donors and assist board members with fundraising activities
