Civil/Municipal Project ManagerHDR - Cedar Rapids, IAManage and coordinate efforts of technicians, EITs and PEs to handle design and production of plans, specifications and cost estimates for general civil type projects, including municipal paving, drainage, and utility design and site design support for industrial and architectural projects. Manage project budgets and schedules, invoice projects. Build relationships with existing Clients and market new municipalities and agencies. Make presentations at public meetings, City Council meetings, conferences. Plans, directs and monitors all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium sized projects with high degree of technical complexity.
