Executive DirectorYoung Men's Christian Association - Chicago, ILPOSITION PURPOSE: Facility is located at 2700 So Western Ave in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. Has primary responsibility for the leadership and administration of the operational plan, budget, programs and services of the center. Duties include annual support campaign, capital campaign, strategic planning, program launches and new program development, resident operations, board development, membership and marketing, staff supervision, and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 - 7 years successful executive experience YMCA eperience a plus. Extensive management and supervisory experience.
