Aircraft Systems EngineerGarmin - Salem, ORPOSITION SUMMARY: Design and certify new avionics systems installations in FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations) part 23, 25, 27 and 29 aircraft. Assist in development of documentation for new avionics system. Coordinate with FAA/DAS (Federal Aviation Administration / Designated Alteration Station) staff and FAA Aircraft Certification Office to assure system certification.
