Speech Pathologist - Pool/On-call job in Phoenix, AZ

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, screening and treating adults and children with speech/language/cognitive/swallowing disorders and cognitive disorders; generating all required reports and documentation procedures and maintaining liaison with referring physicians. He/She demonstrates competency in caring for patients of specific ages as designated in unit structure standards. Completes, assesses patient''s needs prior to establishing the plan of care.
