Goal Advisor
Goal advisors will be assigned to 1-5 students. The goal advisors will meet with each student at least once a week to see if the student is reaching the goals that they set for themselves. The advisor will help by giving suggestions and referrals to students that are struggling to reach their goals. The advisor will also try to contact parents of students to inform them of their student?s participation and progress in the program and to ask if they have any concerns about the academic carrier of the student. Goal Advisors will also be reasonable for collecting information and giving it to the director of the program. Each student will have their own goal file to be updated and handed in once a month.
