HR Generalist - newHealthONE - Anchorage, AKPOSITION DESCRIPTION: The HR Generalist interprets, recommends and ensures compliance in Hospital areas of human resource management including compensation, employee relations, labor relations, workers compensations, FMLA, benefits administration, and data base management. Demonstrates a high level of independent judgment on HR Policies and Procedures and demonstrates people skills to resolve HR situations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum three (3) years work experience in HR preferred, at least 1 year in project management.
