You MUST be highly knowledgeable in IT as you will focus only on IT recruiting. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System. Demonstrated ability to work independently and facilitate effective working relationships within diverse constituencies. Demonstrated experience managing client and vendor relationships. Proven communication experience with all levels of management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Developing appropriate and consistent communications with Hiring Manager to ensure a customer and candidate centric recruiting experience.
