Job Description The INSIDE TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER (iTAM) position is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing a targeted client base and penetrating a select group of accounts in the Small-to-Medium Business market by selling products, services, and/or maintenance contracts. Through consultative sales and individual needs assessment, iTAMs will focus on increasing buying volume in their established customer base. iTAMs will be responsible for a set quota objective, funnel and revenue recognition. iTAMs are responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, proactive account management, and outstanding customer service while driving sales in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.
