Three shifts in clinic each week and two shifts in the ER each week. Must become very involved in local community (market practice). Round on patients during weekdays---1 in 3 on the weekends. They pay malpractice insurance. Hospital is a privately owned facility that has incredible growth potential within Central Florida. We are currently licensed for (40) forty beds and usually have a census of between 15 20 inpatients.
