RN Clinic CoordinatorChurch Health Services - Beaver Dam, WIThe Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for providing/coordinating the delivery of patient care at the Church Health Services- Trinity clinic site ensuring compliance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures: assist the Medical Director in continuing to develop and implement unique whole person health model of care for the indigent population of the Dodge County area.
