Tech Transfer EngineerBecton Dickinson & Company (bd) - Wilson, NCThe Technology Transfer Engineer is responsible to facilitate technology transfer from research and development (R&D) to a large scale manufacturing site to include manufacturing scale up. As a contributing team member of Manufacturing Operations he/she will provide necessary leadership and subject matter expertise to site quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and engineering teams during product scale-up. The incumbent will manage project teams for technology transfer and scale-up of new and existing product manufacturing processes. He/She will closely partner with R&D, worldwide production sites and external vendors to ensure robust and reliable product design and manufacturing processes are developed for commercial-scale operation.
