This position will coordinate with the Senior Corporate Marketing Manager, the Market Managers assigned to each project and the advertising agency to analyze and monitor the monthly marketing budget for each development. This position will also resent monthly and quarterly updates to responsible marketing team members as well as, provide solutions for budget shortfalls to keep the project on track. In addition, this individual's role will play an important part in determining and monitoring key Marketing sales metrics. Finally, this person will perform special projects as assigned.
