Orthopaedic Surgery - Total Joint ReplacementLexington Clinic - Lexington, KYLexington Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Fellowship-Trained Joint Replacement Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a thriving practice. The Lexington Clinic Orthopedics - Sports Medicine Center has nine board certified Orthopaedic Surgeons and is looking for an additional partner because of increased volumes and patient needs. The Senior Joint Surgeon joined Lexington Clinic in 2003, and is the only surgeon in the group specializing in total joint replacement. The anticipated weekly clinic volume is 75-100; procedures 12-20. The weekday call schedule will be 1:9 with weekend service call at 1:7. The Orthopedic Surgery Department has a large internal referral base and favorable payer mix. This position will offer a competitive salary guarantee with production driven quarterly bonuses.
