The Volunteer Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional efficacy, job satisfaction, and retention of a 200+ person volunteer corps through creative, proactive cultivation and accurate data management. This position is critical to building and maintaining the large, highly trained volunteer corps necessary for Ten Chimneys Foundation to be a successful arts organization of national scope and significance.
