Business development Origination of consumer loans.Thorough knowledge of consumer loan policies and procedures. Training Branch Managers Knowledge of disclosure requirements. Minimum of 5 years of consumer or mortgage lending experience which includes analysis, document processing and closing consumer loans. Demonstrated ability to attend to all important details, notice errors and gaps, document and follow-up on important details. Prior supervision experience required. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workflow. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access applications. Knowledge of the current market trends.
