UNDERGROUND MINE PLANNING ENGINEER/MANAGERDnh Search - Davenport, IA$80,000 to $120,000 + bonus ($5,000 to $10,000). Will be responsible for developing both a short and long term MINE PLANNING system for a 1.5MM - 2MM TPY underground limestone operation, and putting the plan into operation. There is currently no mine plan in place. Will be responsible for gathering information using what is currently available at the mine; plan and execute surface and underground test drilling and surveying (which is budgeted for 2010); and put everything into a 3D model. Also, responsible for purchasing required and necessary software. MUST have UNDERGROUND experience. Surface exposure is also good as it might be feasible to go above ground (quarry).
