You will be responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments. You will also be responsible for submitting claims and following up with insurance companies Job Duties: -Prepare and submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies either electronically or by paper. -Answer questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies in connection with billing. -Assist in preparing and submitting patient statements. -Evaluate patient's financial status and establish budget payment plans. -Review accounts for possible assignment and make recommendations to the Operations Manager.
