Computer OperatorDomanitech - New York, NYDuties and Responsibilities: * Monitor, operate and maintain the Data Network and associated components; * Provide Data Centre Level 1 support to user calls; * Monitor servers (network and production), communications and connectivity to local providers, and batch processing (daily, weekly and monthly) on application servers; * Perform standardized maintenance tasks; * Escalate Level 2 problems to appropriate support staff or vendors; * Implement mechanisms for Disaster Recovery and emergency operations and assist in business continuity scenario testing; * Record and provide daily status reports on the Data Centre environment and monthly reports on servers and metrics. * This position requires shift work.
