System Director, Total CompensationEastern Maine Healthcare Systems - Brewer, MEEMHS is currently seeking a System Director, Total Compensation to work out of the Brewer, Maine, home office. This position reports to the EMHS System Vice President, Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership: Provide leadership to Benefits and Compensation team that provides an engaging and growth oriented environment for team members and which utilizes individual skills and experience, as well as team dynamics to accomplish goals. Works to maintain high retention among staff as well as provides ongoing learning opportunities. Administration: Serve as Plan Administrator for EMHS sponsored benefit programs.
