Laboratory Manager I-Histology Lab
Oversees the operations of the Histology department on a day to day basis in a high volume laboratory producing 4000 blocks per day, which includes interfacing with 26 on-site Pathologists, clients, and sales reps. Manages approximately 53 full time employees in a 24 hour 6 day per week Lean environment. Reviewes operations and produces justification for new/replacement equipment. Other responsibilities include: quality assurance, managing the operating budge, and expense control.
