Relay and Control DesignerHDR - Charlotte, NCHDR is currently in need of a Relay and Control Designer to work as a member of our Federal Energy Resource Management business group in Charlotte, NC. This individual will perform relay and control design, preparing schematics and wiring diagrams with minimal assistance from an engineer.
