Assistant/Associate Professors -- Department of Mechanical EngineeringUniversity of Utah - Salt Lake City, UTThe Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah has Tenure-track Positions available, starting Fall Semester, 2010. Candidates at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels are sought and should be qualified to teach courses in one of the areas of specialization listed below, as well as other core Mechanical Engineering courses, at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. Candidates are expected to develop very active research programs in their areas of specialization. Ranks and salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Each applicant is expected to have an earned Ph.D. or Sc.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. The Search Committees will start reviewing applications December 1, 2009.
