Director of FitnessHilton Hotels - La Quinta, CAJob Summary The Director of Fitness will ensure all fitness center services are provided according to La Quinta Resort & PGA West and WAC standards. The Director will coordinate fitness instructional classes; direct fitness attendants, personal trainers and tennis facilities team members as well as assume responsibility for their training and development. The Director of Fitness will create and manage schedules and monitor all payroll. Will create and adhere to budget for labor and expenses.
