1 year previous manufacturing experience required.
Position will operate lines (machines), identify and correct line problems, do minor troubleshooting, verify schedule adherence, run rolls to back of lines, run equipment to established line conditions, grind scrap rolls, train employees on safety, quality, and productivity, recognize and correct defective product, perform hourly checks and first piece inspection, know and use run rules, maintain accurate and legible lot codes, accurately complete all necessary paperwork concerning production, know downtime codes and report accurately, per form basic level line adjustments, organize and correct boxes and bags, and maintain clean work area throughout shift.
