This tax role has the responsibility for working with our internal accounting groups as well as collaborating with outside CPA firms in the preparation and review of the tax accounting and federal, state and foreign tax compliance for the assigned Koch businesses. He/She will be expected to gain an understanding of the business activities of the assigned entities to ensure proper tax treatment of business related issues. He/She will also have the responsibility to prepare responses to federal and state audit requests related to the assigned entities.
