The incumbent will be responsible for the building and its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with duties that include performance of inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, management and oversight of service contractors, and long-range capital improvement planning. Requires high school diploma, successful completion of apprenticeship and four years journey level experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
