This position is located with General Services Division. Incumbent will provide overall maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers and their associated equipment. Provides assistance in general renovations to approximately 75 state-owned buildings for the Building Systems Teams. Ensures quality services are achieved in the most efficient and economical manner, thereby ensuring that work spaces and other support areas are secure, adequately conditioned, safe and environmentally acceptable. Services and repairs all types of DX air conditioning equipment to include: compressors, fans TXV and controls for units ranging from 1 ton to 150 tons.
