RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Evergreen Funds' Chief Compliance Officer in administration and implementation of Evergreen Funds' 38a-1 compliance program. Conduct testing and validation of various compliance related policies and procedures within Evergreen Investments, as well the policies and procedures of vendors and service providers external to the Evergreen organization. Make recommendations for improvement to policies and procedures where appropriate, as well as conduct follow-up review(s)to ensure improvements and or remedial actions have been adopted and implemented where required. Document, organize and maintain work papers supporting testing and validation activities and prepare written reports on testing/validation activities for submission to the Evergreen Funds' Board of Trustees.
