WiFi Solutions Engineer IIBright House Networks - Temple Terrace, FLPurpose The Wireless Solutions Engineer II will work with the Wireless Solutions Engineering team and Account Executives to assist with the design and integration of wireless data solutions for commercial fiber and commercial COAX-based data customers. This will include working with teams to identify customer wireless network requirements, managed services requirements, internet security requirements, and other telecommunication related services as required for Bright House customers. The position is responsible for providing in-depth engineering support and accurate technical information to customers in the Bright House Networks service area. Duties entail working directly with customers to service and support existing business, close new accounts, support field sales representatives.
