Workers Compensation Adjuster - Downers Grove, IL MN, WI, IL experience required Responsibilities: - Process Workers Compensation claims determining compensability - Maintain a quality assurance program to support the Total Performance Management initiative and the consistent delivery of quality claims service. - Develop and manage Workers Compensation claims action plans to resolution, coordinate return-to-work efforts, and approve claim payments. - Manage subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements. - Communicate claim action/processing with claimant and client.
