3rd Shift Help Desk SpecialistSRA International - Virginia24x7 Service Desk - SHIFT TIME IS: M-F 10PM-6AM (5 8-hour shifts with first shift in the week beginning Monday at 10PM and last shift of the week ending Saturday at 6AM). Candidate will serve as a shift lead. As such, the candidate will ensure that all network alerts, user phone calls, user emails, and any other issues are addressed in a timely manner. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and outage alerts are met (within the defined scope of the first tier of the service desk) and will be responsible for ensuring personnel are completing assigned tasks.
