Resource - Kalamazoo, MIEducation and/or Special Training: BS/BA in Accounting required; advanced degree in tax or law strongly recommended; background in economics, familiarity with CrossBorder Solutions and Hyperion Software and French and/or German language skills a plus. Job Description This position will report to and support the Director of Tax, International and will work closely with cross functional teams globally. The primary responsibilities of the position will be working on broad strategic and operational outbound planning projects. Assist in / responsible for due diligence and consulting related to business realignments, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and repatriation/cash management planning.
