Individual will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive strategic and operational and sales turn-around plan. Must address recent market weakness and potential of future growth. Requirements include a minimum of 15 years experience with a degree and an M.B.A. preferred. Knowledge of consumer durable products sold through distributors and captive distribution centers, as well as strategic planning, sales and marketing, and total quality and continuous improvement in manufacturing desired.
