Senior E-Learning Specialist
As a Senior E-Learning Specialist, you will: Design, develop, and deliver classroom training, including all course materials, exercises, and evaluations, on a range of topics, often involving, but not limited to, office automation Design, develop, and implement Web-based courses Coordinate and maintain the companys Learning Management System (LMS) by posting and updating course materials and other information, and creating and running necessary reports Provide administrative and training support for the LMS Serve as general point of contact for JHHCs Help Desk with respect to questions concerning the LMS Design training based on Help Desk call trends, and serve as a resource to JHHC employees on effective usage of office automation tools
