Sr. Director of Adult Service ACTMagellan Health Services - Phoenix, AZThe Sr. Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) will develop, implement, and manage all quality initiatives for ACT services within the adult system of care, with an emphasis on analysis of outcomes, fidelity measures, and audits. The Sr. Director of ACT will provide consultation and direction to the ACT clinical leaders in the adult system of care according to established ACT policies and guidelines focusing on tangible outcome, taking fully into account community-based, recovery-oriented treatment delivered in a culturally competent manner.
