Under the direction of the HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) Director of Compliance and Coding, actively manages compliance and coding day-to-day operations and staff to ensure consistency with overall HTPN compliance program goals. Responsible for interviewing and selecting assigned staff positions. Performs training, management, evaluation, and counseling of assigned staff. Recommends termination as needed. Manages the day-to-day work activities of assigned staff under a coordinated compliance program. Oversees compliance and coding staff and actively participates as compliance resource and consultant for physicians, mid-level providers, practice administrators, and other physician practice staff.
