Process Development Engineer, Sr Process Development Engineer IITalecris Biotherapeutics - Clayton, NCThis person will be tasked with supporting a development program within the Technology Department and will plan and carry out a complex scientific/engineering program to evaluate, develop and scale-up processes for recombinant or plasma-derived proteins. Activities and the necessary skill set are centered on the development and transfer of unit operations such as cell culture and fermentation, protein chemistry like refolding and enzymatic conversion, and separations technology like filtration, chromatography, and centrifugation.
