Implement behavior management follow up when necessary. Responsible for sending home the behavior passport to each student in the class on a weekly basis. Responsible for calling the parents with weekly check-ins, that will be evident in a behavior note. Help plan for and supervise transition times and special activities in and out of the classroom. Attends all scheduled team meetings, training activities and in-services. All other duties as assigned by Special Education Teacher and Assistant Director.
