Overview of Position
This person will serve our mission of ?leading people to become devoted, passionate followers of Jesus Christ,? and ?rescuing the captive, restoring the wounded, and redeploying the equipped? by:
? Leading ministry to middle and senior high youth (approx. 50% of work week)
? Leading our blended worship praise team (approx. 20% of work week)
? Developing and leading a new young adult ministry (approx. 10-20% of work week)
? Fostering a stronger children?s ministry component, not by doing direct CM, but by developing and overseeing a children?s ministry team (approx. 5-10% of work week)
