Senior Credit SpecialistUBS - Tampa, FLJob Summary and Mission: This position is responsible for: underwriting and reviewing mortgage loans submitted to UBS AG Tampa Branch; providing guidance to internal customers and for staff at the processing center; resolving loan file deficiencies as identified by various due diligence/quality control companies or other external underwriting vendors, government regulators or internal audit. In addition, the position reviews/monitors exceptions or variances requests on both UBS products as well as external investor products; it requires daily review and approval of loans submitted to UBS by the processing center.
