GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing the activities to provide telephone support to the Retail Bank Branch employees and their management hierarchy for any branch issue. Analyzes, develops, recommends and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Retail Bank Branches, as well as assists with issues which have compliance, risk, and/or legal implications. Interfaces with other internal departments to ensure operational / compliance / legal soundness, risk mitigation, and system compatibility. Provides overall problem resolution for any issue.
