Key areas of responsibility: Ensure the execution of the highest possible standards in early childhood education. Manage, hire and oversee staff, including one assistant director, ten teachers and one office assistant. Develop and execute professional development programs for staff. Coordinate with key outside agencies such as DCFS, NAEYC, the Winnetka Alliance, the Winnetka Community House, the McCormick Tribune Centers for Early Childhood Leadership, NSSED and School District 36.
