Head of Institutional Sales
This position is primarily responsible for achievement of the firm's revenue goals through effective management of all institutional bundled sales activities. This includes developing and implementing sales strategy and goals, management of the direct and consultant sales teams and administering sales compensation.
Major Responsibilities:
* Effective coaching and management of direct and consultant sales teams including assistance in negotiating/closing largest sales opportunities. Develop and monitor individual sales goals. Implement territory assignments. Administer sales compensation programs.
