Senior Analyst, HRISUnited Rentals - Greenwich, CTThe incumbent reports to the Manager of HRIS while supporting the data integrity of the UR HRIS applications and its users/customers. Essential Duties: Provides HRIS user/customer support which includes but not limited to: Employee Self Service (ESS) Manager Self Service (MSS) Reports including reports on data summaries, changes and trends for use by management Queries User training Troubleshooting process and data issues Adheres and promotes HR/HRIS policies and procedures Monitors data integrity by the use of but not limited to conducting various data audits which includes running ad hoc reports aimed to maintain data integrity.
